We're your single point of contact. A detention claim, a broker dispute, a roadside inspection, a missed pickup — we step in and work it to resolution so you can keep driving.

We work on a service-first basis: we perform the agreed service, then invoice you. You pay securely afterward, in U.S. dollars. You're never asked to pay for work that hasn't been completed.

Because services are completed before billing, completing payment of an invoice confirms that the corresponding service was delivered and accepted by you. If you have a concern, raise it before paying or follow our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Yes, where it's fair — for example a billing error, a service that wasn't delivered, or a material deviation from the agreed scope. Full details and the request process are in our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on Amerax's own systems.

You can cancel recurring services with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for work already completed up to the cancellation date. See our Terms of Service for details.

Most carriers find that better-negotiated loads, fewer empty miles, on-time compliance and clean books more than cover our fee. We price transparently in USD and scope every quote to your fleet, so you see the value before you commit.

We perform the agreed scope first and only bill once it's done. If a completed service materially misses what we agreed and we can't correct it, you're covered by our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Yes. Safety filings, IFTA and accounting are handled by specialists who do this every day. Accuracy here is what protects you from fines, failed audits and cash-flow gaps.

One team, one point of contact. Dispatch, compliance, accounting and setups are coordinated under Amerax — you're not stitching together five different providers.
